lunch at languna gri gri


In Rio San Juan at Laguna Gri Gri.

This lunch stop is always wonderful, the food is always excellent. Here is the recipe for the sauce that was served with the chicken.

Pepper sauce (salsa pimienta)

Ingredients

White pepper

White wine

Seasoning (garlic, onion, salt)

Cream

Preparation

Mix the cream, the pepper and the seasoning in a pan then very slowly add the wine. Reduce, and enjoy.
